The Startup Building offers an all day rental and great amenities; such as a catering space, powder room, and a fully integrated sound system that will keep your guests dancing all night.
The Startup Building was originally a candy factory that was built 120+ years ago. All of the exposed brick, copper doors, and wood posts throughout the space act as your natural decor.
Don’t forget newly updated and improved outdoor courtyard. This secluded area gives you the added options of having your favorite food trucks, photo bus or even a live band preform in a separate space. This space is an add on, but it will make your day unique.

Planning a wedding can be hectic and at times stressful. We’ve been there ourselves and seen it hundreds of times. We are excited to help your day run as smoothly as possible and make sure you’re getting the most out of your budget.
Aside from any tips or tricks form our experience we have the “must-haves” ready to go, in house, if you wish to use them. Tables, chairs, arch, cafe lights, wireless mics, cake table, sign-in table, projector, speakers, fridge, freezer, get ready room, signs, easels, and much more.
We know that setting up your wedding is only half of the project and at the end of your night, the clean up crew needs to get to work. We do not clean up but we do help ease the burden by offering ladders, trash cans, trash bags, and clean up supplies. We also love to advertise our preferred vendors Gloss who if you hire the for a decoration package will come in and do the clean up list for you.

Whether you’re looking for a wedding venue or just a reception center our team is here to help you anyway possible. We are available for any questions or concerns you might have leading up to your day. We also meet you on the day of your event to let you in and go over all of the day of information. YES. THE LIGHTS STAY UP ALL THE TIME AND ARE EASILY OPERATED BY TWO SWITCHES. YOU ARE WELCOME TO BRING IN IN ACCENT LIGHTING TO COMPLIMENT THEM IF YOU WISH. WE ALSO HAVE SOME BRIGHT LED LIGHTS THAT ARE USED FOR MORE LIGHT FOR SET UP AND TAKE DOWN.

THE BUILDING IS MORE THAN JUST AN EVENT SPACE SO WEEKDAY WORKING HOURS ARE MORE BUSY. WEEKENDS AND AFTER 5PM ON WEEKDAYS THE LOT IS MOSTLY EMPTY.
